At Creel, your footage and your trust are everything. This policy explains what we collect, how we handle it, and the strict limits we put on data retention.
What we collect
When you use Creel, we process the video files you upload only for the time required to render your cinematic captions. We also collect basic account information — your name, email, and authentication credentials — to provide the service.
Zero-storage architecture
Creel uses a stateless rendering pipeline. Your raw footage is processed in real time and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after the rendered output is delivered to you. We do not archive, train on, or otherwise retain your video content.
How we use account data
Account data is used to authenticate sessions, manage your subscription tier, deliver renders, and contact you about service updates. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Third-party services
We use trusted infrastructure providers — including RunPod for GPU rendering and ECPay for payment processing — that are bound by their own privacy obligations. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be collected to improve the product.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at creel.model@gmail.com.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or via email.
