By using Creel, you agree to these terms. They cover what you can do with the service, what we promise in return, and what we both expect from each other.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be 13 or older to create an account.
Acceptable use
Creel is built for creative storytelling. You agree not to upload content that infringes intellectual property, contains illegal material, or attempts to abuse our rendering infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
You retain full ownership of every video you upload and every rendered output we deliver to you. We claim no rights over your creative work. Our limited processing rights end the moment your render is delivered.
Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Generation credits reset on each billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly stated. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — reach out to our support team if you believe a charge was made in error.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Creel up, but the service is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
